About Mash Catering
Having met in the hospitality industry, James and Kate decided to combine their individual and broad range of skills to provide a full dining experience.
James has previously worked as a chef at Claridges and aboard the QEII and also works as a development chef for many high street food retailers either improving or creating new dishes for clients such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Epicure and Menier Chocolate.
His work within the retail food industry and travelling across the world for his development work, means James creates innovative and fresh dishes with great depth of taste that make Mash what it is – a fantastic eating experience.
Kate has a wealth of experience from sales to customer relations gathered from working at country house hotels, pubs and race-day hospitality. Her friendly and positive approach, allows her to assess each customer’s needs translating them into tangible ideas, and creating the perfect dining experience.
